Can you coat my existing concrete floor?
Often, but its condition matters. Moisture, contamination, cracks and existing coatings can affect the preparation and system required. Photos help us start; a site assessment confirms suitability.
How much will my floor cost?
Price depends on area, preparation, repairs and the chosen finish. Send your approximate dimensions and photos so the quote reflects your actual floor.
How soon can I use the finished floor?
Curing times vary with the system and temperature. We agree access requirements beforehand and confirm pedestrian and vehicle use times at handover.
Are resin floors suitable inside a home?
Yes, with an appropriate substrate and system. We discuss the room, moisture, movement, finish and practical needs before specifying a domestic floor.
Can I choose a completely bespoke metallic design?
Yes. We discuss your colour palette, references and desired movement, then agree a design direction using samples. Hand-applied metallic effects produce individual patterns rather than an exact copy of a photograph.
Can resin flooring work with underfloor heating?
Some systems can, subject to the substrate, heating design and manufacturer’s requirements. Tell us about your heating before quotation so compatibility and the installation schedule can be assessed.
Are all epoxy floors antimicrobial or slip-resistant?
No. Slip resistance is specified through the finish and suitable additives. Antimicrobial performance requires a specialist tested product. We confirm these properties for the chosen system.
